Who is Jon Irons?

I'm a founder and operator who's spent fifteen years turning ideas into products people bring into their homes. My journey began with a love of design and how things are made, which grew into Irons Design Co., a Phoenix manufacturing company I built from a single sustainable furniture brand into a portfolio of twelve. Along the way I've launched brands across furniture and consumer goods, from Lily & River, a Montessori children's line carried by Pottery Barn Kids, to Dungeons Box, a tabletop accessories brand that became the largest of its kind on Etsy. My work spans the whole arc of a product, from design and manufacturing to supply chain, launch, and marketing, and I've led it all under one roof. I'm driven by solving the hard problems between a good idea and a product on the shelf, and by building the systems and teams that get it there.

My drive to build things is more than a career, it's a lifelong pursuit. From taking things apart as a kid to see how they worked, to restoring vintage furniture and an old house today, I've always been happiest understanding how something is made and then making it better. I believe good products come from sweating every detail between the idea and the shelf, and my goal is to keep building the brands, systems, and teams that get them there.
